블라디보스토크에서 가장 높은 곳에 위치해 있는 전망대다. 밤의 야경도 이쁘지만 해질녘의 석양도 너무 이쁜 곳이며, 전망대에서 보는 금각교(Golden Bridge)의 자태가 예술이다. 9월 말 선선한 바람이 차갑게도 느껴졌던 블라디보스토크의 독수리 전망대, 아직도 내 마음속에 깊이 남아있다.
